Direct press rosé, crafted from Pinot Noir grapes hailing from Maimbray’s calcareous clay slopes.

The nose is fresh and evocative of acid drop candies and grapefruit. A fresh, well-defined structure lends this wine remarkable length.  

Enjoy this wine when young to fully appreciate all of its fruit and freshness.

This rosé may be served as an aperitif, with Japanese food, or even with a strawberry tart.
